The Inbox collects the conversations that come out of the chain: once a lead gets a message, the thread lives here — LinkedIn and email side by side, each conversation as a timeline of what was sent, what happened, and what came back.

Working the inbox

• Reply inline — answer straight from the conversation view.
• Filter and search to find a thread back.
• Archive what's done. Conversations that ended by themselves — stopped, or nothing left to send — move to the archived tab on their own.

Unified inbox

Solo, the Inbox shows your own conversations. From two team members up it becomes the Unified inbox: the whole team's conversations in one list, so a reply never waits on the one person it was sent as.
