Leads
ICP scoring
One profile of your ideal customer, used everywhere a lead is judged.
Your ideal customer profile lives in Settings → ICP — it's configuration, not a daily screen, which is why it isn't in the main navigation.
What it does
The profile describes who you sell to. Geteem uses it in two places:
- The ICP score on leads — how well a lead fits, visible in the leads table.
- The minimum ICP score — optionally stop non-fitting people from becoming leads at all. Set it right under the document: No minimum (the default) or ICP 50+, 70+, 85+. It applies to every signal at once, because there is one profile and one score. A lead we could not score still comes in.
Score first, gate later
A practical rhythm: leave the minimum at No minimum for a while and watch the scores your signals bring in. If they attract the right crowd, keep it off and keep the volume; if they attract noise, raise the minimum and let the same profile do the filtering.
The minimum used to sit on each signal separately. Since it judges one document, it now sits with that document — one number instead of one per signal.
