Signals
Tracking your champions
Your watchlist, re-checked every sync. Whoever moved or got promoted is the signal.
What it watches
A watchlist of people you already know — champions, users, past buyers. Every sync re-checks their profiles and compares employer and job title with the previous check. Whoever moved or got promoted is the signal: in every source we've looked at, the highest-converting moment there is.
Who becomes the lead
The person who moved. A person signal through and through — and one where you already have the relationship. Messaging can be personal, but it shouldn't pretend they told you: the change is on their profile.
What you configure
The watchlist itself, from two sources that combine:
- Your HubSpot — pick pipelines or stages from the connection.
- Your own list — paste LinkedIn profile URLs, or upload a CSV with first name, last name and company. People without a profile URL are matched by name + company.
Remove someone from the configuration and they leave the watchlist on the next sync — the list really shrinks.
Who can become a lead
No gates. The watchlist is the selection: a title gate behind it would filter out your own champions. One of two signals with a single setup step — the other is People who just took a role.
Syncing
Recurring — daily or weekly per row, plus Sync now.
