People who just took a role

What it watches

You give this signal a question, not a list: a job title plus a region. Each sync sweeps for people who took such a role in the last few months and compares the result with the previous sweep. Whoever is new in the seat is the signal.

Geteem reads the new title on the profile itself — weeks earlier than a vacancy closing, and much harder evidence than a job posting that disappears.

Who becomes the lead

The person who just took the role. This is a person signal: they changed jobs themselves, so messaging may say so — congratulate them, ask what they're changing first.

It's the mirror image of Tracking your champions: the same event, but here you don't know the person yet.

What you configure

One step, and it is the whole signal:

• Select Role(s) — pick the titles from the list, grouped by department, or type your own. The first one you pick names the signal ("CFO +3 · Belgium"); the rest are the variants you also want to catch.
• Countries — pick them from the list. At least one is required: a worldwide sweep is bigger than one pass, and a half list invents job changes. A region that isn't a country ("Flanders") can be typed in.
• Externally hired only — off by default. On, it drops people promoted from within and keeps the ones who brought their own preferences along.

Who can become a lead

No gates. Role and countries are the question, and the sweep already checks that a new title really belongs to the role you asked for.

Syncing

Recurring — daily or weekly per row, plus Sync now. Results are always a difference: a person counts once, in the sweep where they first appear.
