Signals
Engagers with my content
The warmest audience you already have: everyone engaging with your own posts.
What it watches
Your own LinkedIn presence — your company page and the profiles of your colleagues. Every sync picks up who reacted to or commented on the recent posts.
Who becomes the lead
The engagers. A person signal, and the warmest one in the catalogue: these people already know you. Messaging can thank them for the reaction and build on recognition instead of a cold open.
What you configure
The step starts from the company you signed up with, and that is the only company it covers — it comes from your account, so there is nothing to look up and nothing to pick. Following someone else's page is a different signal; Competitor lead generation does that.
So the step asks one thing: whose posts to follow. Under a filter bar sits the list of everyone at the company, one checkbox per row, with the page itself as the first row. Every tick becomes a source of its own, so a team of eight is one pass through the wizard, not eight.
- The page itself starts ticked; it is where your own posts live. Untick it if you only want colleagues.
- Colleagues start empty, because every source costs credits on every sync. Ticking is a choice, not a leftover.
- The checkbox in the list header takes everything below it at once — with a filter typed in, that is exactly the shortlist you just narrowed to.
- The filter bar searches the whole company, not just the people on screen. What is already loaded filters instantly as you type; a moment later the same term goes to LinkedIn as well, so someone who was not in the first batch still turns up. Filter on a name, a job title, a department or any keyword. Terms you already searched cost nothing to type again.
- Filtering hides rows, it never unticks them. Tick a few sales people, search for something else, tick a few more: the selection is built over the whole employee list, not over whatever happens to be on screen.
- The line under the list says one thing at a time: how many employees are shown, or how many matched what you typed.
- Anyone who is already a signal shows up greyed out and cannot be ticked twice.
- Up to twenty-five sources per pass.
Who can become a lead
The full set of gates, all off by default, and they apply to every source you added in one go. A minimum ICP score earns its keep for this type — your posts attract peers and fans as well as buyers — but you set that once on Settings → ICP, not here.
Syncing
Recurring — daily or weekly per row, plus Sync now.
